This is what you devs told me.

I suggest you guys change it. How are people able to get achievement hunting if that's what they want to do? There are HC & Mythic achievement for lvl 60 dungeons. Your leaderboard means nothing if it's not open to go back on lower lvl dungeon HC/Mythic version. (Or at least your leaderboard means lots less if people can't be openly compete to push those numbers, instead has create character on lvl 60 server and then wait for it to roll out to the 70 server).
