Build restoring point

One thing I've noticed since I'm raiding with my guild, is that depending on the people forming the group, we have to adjust some abilities and talents everyday. Sometimes is because we have several people with the same buff or because we have specific needs for the fight.
Would it be a way to save and load a basic build? This way, we can restart the build to a previous specific point, without having to select what to unlearn and relearn everyday.

@Leahrel I think they intend the Specialization system to do this, but it's rather expensive and for applying a few tweaks here and there I feel it's totally excessive and not flexible enough.
I like the suggestion you've made as it would be a nice bit of quality of life functionality.
