Give each player a different area for daily quests
-
tldr; daily quests should be given out randomly instead of all players competing for a single area.
Dailies get harder to do when there are more people doing them as opposed to Battlegrounds or Dungeons or Raids purely due to competition. More people looking for groups creates its own solutions to any bottlenecks by creating more groups or battlegrounds for them to compete in, but there's only ever 1 zone a day that hosts the repeatable daily quests which also is competing against regular players who are leveling up.
Players could stockpile daily quests by accepting them and doing them at a later date, but this is a limited solution as the maximum quest log is 25 and the limit for daily quests tops out at 42.
Daily quests are grouped by geography into a portion of a single zone in Outland. Players could be randomly assigned one of the many groups of quests such that they'll be doing their dailies in one zone while other players are doing the same thing but elsewhere. This will reduce the amount of competition and player collisions by getting the players to not encounter each other by giving them different quests.
Congestion could be further reduced by adding in more areas for dailies in the old world. This could also be expanded to allow players who aren't max level to participate in those quests as well and gain experience as well as the other rewards. Max level players need to have those quests scale to 70, however, even if it's the old world.

@starmtk I will admit dailies can be mildly frustrating if the player isnt patient and or not into grouping to get them done even quicker but dont expect them to start instancing individual players in some sort of manastorm like thing because a big pert of the game actually is encouraging people to "play well with others" - now that Ive said all the nice guy stuff I'll also say that YES high risk players that enter daily quest areas for no other reason than trick and harass players NOT EVEN IN high risk mode SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY BANNED (thats right I DONT CARE HOW MUCH they've "donated" to the server via the cash shop because intentionally and deliberately terrorizing other players with pvp antics is against the server rules as it has a vastly negative impact on the playerbase as a whole)

@starmtk Everything is bearable except lootable objects ''collect 6 this , collect 8 that'' that crap has 5 minutes respawn time . That's why i pick it,but i never do it on that day. I do it the day after.

@catcake while I don't know much about manastorm, I was hoping to avoid the server cost of instancing by just randomizing the quests; I'm just guessing that instances cost more server power than no instances, but I have no clue how they host the game.
I've always found grouping with random people in the world to be clunky due to the need to explicitly invite and the fact that looting defaults to needing to roll for everything. That kind of stuff can slow down gameplay a little.
I wasn't looking to reinvent the wheel or create some amazing idea, but just refine and improve a 'sticky' part of the game for me. I don't know for sure, but I've heard that WoW implemented something from Guild Wars 2 where players automatically group together if they're in close proximity? This would completely fix everything if done the same way.
