Need Help finding cards for Conflagrate build-Elune

Good evening team, anyone know which mobs I can farm to try and find Conflagrate and Elemental Immolate.
I looked at this website (https://db.ascension.gg/?guide=42), but couldn't find anything. Anyone have any suggestions on mobs to farm?
Can then be farmed or is it just RNG?
