Deadly Throw should be allowed to use any ranged weapon.

1. there are very few thrown weapons available (at least on Elune).
   2)to use the skill you effectively nerf the damage of all other "thrown" skill's that can use any ranged weapon and may have synergy. (shuriken toss, glaive toss, savage blade, nearby gnomes)
