Prestigious Caches Disappear from bank!

I have leveled a total of 3 times now. Once normally, one prestige run, then a hardcore run,
I had banked 6 prestige caches from my previous runs and when I finished my hardcore run and I was auto awarded everything for my run. I went back to my bank to open my chests as I wanted to spend some time at 70.
When I opened my bank 5 of the prestige caches were gone.
Is this normal, a bug, I thought you could save the caches until you wanted to open them, is there a time limit?
