Season 9 adventure item tooltips question

New-ish player, started a season 9 adventure character and I've noticed the tooltips for stat swaps are wrong on tons of items, and I'm not sure what's going on.
Wearing a belt with 2 int and comparing it to one with 4int says I'd lose int by swapping. But it's not just a visual bug - swapping causes me to lose 9 int on my character sheet. What am I missing?

@sixquills Hey there! This is due to item scalings. Should only be an issue with item comparison though. Stats themselves shown on items should be correct.
