Is there any plans on buffing STR at the moment

When you ask what STR builds are good and the reply everyone gives is "yeah go AGI" or "there isn't one" and testing most STR builds like heavyweight demo titans ambi and tools at 137 ilvl they all seem to cap out 5-10k dps lower than what people are doing with good agi and int builds. Does the server have any plans on buffing STR to fix this or buffing the REs to make them not garbage?
