Latency Issues

[Accidental]

Hello,
For the past few weeks I have been experience some strong latency issues causing strong lag in all content both solo and in groups. This is really affecting the gameplay to a point that I can't complete raids or dungeons due to the severe lag.

After reading through similar posts I have tried all the suggestions including

-Clear cache
-Repair client
-redownloaded the game
-removed all addons

All other aspects of my internet are fine. I am also having trouble connecting the ascension servers in general with really slow launcher, downloads/updates and even the website itself.

Any suggestions, I am out of options
