Thermal void - make frost blast instant

Pulling as a tank generally revolves around instant cast abilities. The mobs start moving and the dps is already unloading on the pull, if they're not pulling themselves.
Having your main nuke handicapped by a 2 second cast time AND a 6 second cooldown is unnecessary. Just make it a straight conversion of frost shock and please remove the cast time from it. This change will be a hugh QoL improvement for Thermal Void. -

@Acherax It is able to be cast while moving. but 2 seconds is still a long time to wait to have threat when dps generally start nuking as soon as a group is in range.
Bosses are fine, but for trash, i find i need to depend on abilities from other builds rather than Ice barrier and frost blast. Invocation works great when its off cooldown.
maybe enlarge the ice barrier blizzard effect by another 5 feet or so? to more easily encompass a mob group when pulling.
