Vampire Lord RE help and healing correlation

Just a couple questions about Vampire Lord, being that most of it's spells are originally holy does holy healing talents and RE's affect them? For example, Prayer of healing RE's or the critical effect chance on holy light talent?

This is my first attempt. Not sure if the "Healing power" Talents work with the unholy healing of Vampire lord?
Trying to make a simple quick vampire lord healing build. I saw Mcdoubles building it with soul drain, which I like the idea of, but if the holy talents and RE's do work with it I think I'd rather just simplify and strengthen prayer of healing.Also, do these "Unholy" heals pull you out of Shadow Form? I'm trying to make this build while staying in shadow form. Reason is entirely flavor, my character name corresponds with shadow so im trying to make a tank, healing, dps and pvp build all including shadow.
