Gambling / ML problem and refusal of GM to explain the difference.

Hello. My name is HELLAS and I play on Mal'ganis.
I was playing a lot on retail and decided to move in this great private server.

So I was going through the rules and I think they are odd. Please take the time to understand my idea and the way I'm thinking.

******According to game rules:
"Allowed (Not RWT):

Any trade that occurs entirely in the trade window. Period.
Any trade occurring entirely in-game using in-game items, currencies or services.
Trading DP items for any other item or currency in game.
Not allowed (Is RWT):
Trading something in game for something not in-game.
Buying or selling any in-game item or currency for real world money, items or currencies on other games or servers, or anything where only part of the trade occurs on Ascension.

Also, What is a scam?
-Making it appear you hit accept on an agreed upon trade, but actually changed the contents of the trade window without the other player being aware.
What is not a scam?
-Saying I will give you x now, but you give me y later. If you give them x and hit accept on the trade window that transaction is considered complete. It is up to you to trust them to delivery.

Now lets continue, Gambling is not permitted in-game. GMs will not resolve disputes around gambling and action may be taken against accounts found to be gambling or advertising gambling.

******* (24)Why is gambling/casino/deathrolling not allowed?
-Scammers, botters and gold sellers take advantage of gambling.
-While YOU may be trustworthy... people will scam other players and waste staff resources resolving it.
-Gold sellers and botters run gambling in attempts to hide their activity and innocent players get caught up in ban waves.

First question,
So gambling is not allowed because of the scamming probability or the gambling element?

If its the scamming probability according to (23) Scamming Policy
-Saying I will give you x now, but you give me y later. If you give them x and hit accept on the trade window that transaction is considered complete. It is up to you to trust them to delivery.

--> then if you say that : < you trade me 50 gold and if you roll over 65 then you get 100 > is not a scam. Therefore casino should be allowed.

--> IF casino is not allowed in game due to gambling then please explain me the following me scenarios.

2 guys say that they will do /roll and whoever rolls higher will win 50 gold.

now these 2 guys meet on a raid. The raid has Master Loot and they have to /roll for the same item. Then the guy who wins ( VIA RNG /ROLL ) immediately decides to sell the item for 50 gold. This is NOT gambling ? And if not why? Cause its been made in 2 steps ?

So what if I make a group and I say we go to a low level dungeon we get grey or no-value gear-items and then I say OMG THIS level 13 sword dropped ! /roll for it. Then the guy who loses "has" to buy the item for 50 gold cause he so "desperately" needs it.

So according to my way of thinking, either you should ban people who make casinos IF they scam someone or you should not allow selling items that you win in rolls in raids and dungeons and prohibit GDKP groups.

When I posted these question Mr. GM-Thulis refused to explain me the difference instead he was just replying me : ML is not gambling and he decided to mute me over the dispute cause I was talking in world chat.

I want to make a legitimate Casino for RP reasons too & try to win my case over and instead I get muted.

Gambling is not allowed.

If you are seeking to bypass this rule on a technicality I would expect a ban to follow.
