All specs and builds gone

I came back after a break and found all my specs and builds gone. Wiped as if I’d done nothing with them at all I did not change or delete any files. I can understand them not being saved server side but They aren’t saved locally?
Devastating enough that I noped out. But Ascension was my new game home. And yeah I dumped a goodly amount of money in it. I miss it.
So is there any way to recover those builds I worked so long on?If not, in future I’d like to suggest a toon rollback service.

The fact that you lost builds may be due to the fact that new abilities were added, which means that the ID for the abilities was changed. (also depending on how long you haven't played and on which server you played)
