Engineering trinkets usable from your bag

Engineering trinkets are fun and quirky like the gnomish death ray and the battle chicken, but they almost never see the light of day because they have to be equipped in a valuable trinket slot in order to be used.

I'm Suggesting they should not need to be equipped to be used. They already have long cooldowns and shared cooldowns to avoid becoming OP.
