Controlled Burn LRE

Heating up! is exactly what Controlled Burn needed, but it stacks waaaaaaaay too slow. You will never have time to stack it to 20 in mythic+ and it still takes forever on Raid bosses. I suggest (and was hoping) that the debuff procs with every tick of Conflagrate. Heating up! being a debuff, you're already severely penalized for target switching and being only like a 10sec debuff, you're also severely penalized for letting it drop off. Playing the LRE is a frustrating mix of waiting for Heating up! to build up and fearfully staring at the debuff so it doesn't fall off.
