in game mail on archimonde not working

alot of players arent receiving mail items. i personally bought items from the store and havent received them, its been a little over an hour. any suggestions? also is there anyway to increase my mouse cursor size?

@LeaguePlays Mail issue should already be fixed with most recent patch - any issues do make a ticket in-game. As for cursor size there is no way to increase the default size. However you might have some luck making it more visible with a addon called Weak Auras. While not perfect would allow you to add something to the mouse cursor making it more visible.
