Cat + Starsurge :(

Hello Ascension Team,
I recently noticed that cats can no longer use Starsurge in cat form. I find this change quite disappointing as I had developed an Arcane cat Build that heavily relied on Starsurge in its rotation. Now, the entire build has become unplayable since it revolved around Starsurge. I have been playing this build for months, and it had become my main build. I even purchased the purple Pridemother skin to complement it. The build performed well and felt balanced in terms of damage (it wasn't overpowered in PvP either). I don't see any issues with reverting back to the original functionality of Starsurge. I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore its use in cat form. It synergizes perfectly with Lunar Aspiration and adds a unique aspect to the gameplay.
Many people have shown interest in my build and have asked to try it out, but I haven't published it yet.
