Serpent Form and armour

While I'm in serpent form I'm not wearing any clothing or armour but I've seen other people in serpent form and their serpent model is wearing clothing and armour. How is this done?

@SpaceAyyLmao Visiting a Barber and playing around with features there, has various levels of success in changing the appearance of Serpent Form. However there is no official Do X and see Y result in this case yet.
