This mob is a rare spawn at the Wizard Row location in Netherstorm. Untamable, though he is an exact replica of the Mana Seekers that roam the immediate vicinity, with a slight color difference. Would be cool to be able to tame him.

(There are SOOO many elementals I wish we could tame that are unable to be tamed, but this one seems like a no brainer)
