No way to take Master Swordsmith?

My blacksmith has created the Fireguard sword and it takes Master Swordsmith to wield. I've taken Weaponsmith in Ironforge with Ironus Coldsteel and my next step was to travel to Everlook and talk to Seril Scourgebane for Master Swordsmith...except he doesn't have that option. I've traveled everywhere I can think of and read over numerous threads online saying that all I need to do is talk to Seril, but he doesn't have that option and I still can't find where to take Master Swordsmith .

@DannyDemonic If I remember correctly (I'm a master swordsmith) there was a prerequisite questline you do before he gives you the option. I'd try searching OG tbc guides
