Returning player, question about Seasonal / Non seasonal realm

I'm just returning to the game, and on the Area 52 server, where it seems my old seasonal characters are, I have my mounts and pets that I purchased.
Is there a way to get those mounts on the seasonal realm (Thrall)

@Moonveil Hi there! You would have to get Vanity Sync item on Thrall that continuously syncs your vanities over. You can get it for ingame gold or as a part of 50 / 100 DP bundles on Thrall.
