Intense Framedrop on Pulls

As said in the title, my Ascension has intense frame drops and is virtually unplayable while doing a pull in a dungeon.
Operating System: Windows 10
CPU: IntelCore: i5-7500 CPU (4 Cores)
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
It's weird because with many other arguably much more demanding games that is not an issue.
Any suggestions would be nice

it's 32bit game so it uses only 1 core/thread and 2~4gb of ram. no way to bypass these limitations. that also means addons have a larger impact on performance as well since it's 1 core for everything - ui and game itself
