How do i spend my seasonal points?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to spend the seasonal points on rewards. The in game interface shows me cosmetic sets for instance that cost a certain amount of seasonal points of which i have more than enough, but i cannot seem to click any buttons or be directed somewhere where i can actually get the item. Can someone please help? I must be missing something here.

@TastyGM I cannot spend any of my seasonal points after pressing N, all are locked stating when they were introduced, other than those I have the option to deliver as I have unlocked. Any advice?
