Tip Hat / Dixie Cup

Was thinking, about an item like a top-hat, or a plastic cup, that you could use, placing it on the floor near your toon, lasts until cancelled, or until character moves. Others can click on it to tip 20 silver or something. Sometimes I wanna tip people for things like books and altars, but they're afk a lot of the time.
Would come with confirmation dialog box, so people didn't accidentally click and lose money when they didn't want to.
