Account asks for authentication code i think i was hacked

I think someone else tried to log in to my account and now i am asked for a code, i assumed you would email this code to me but i have nothing.
i can't change my password it asks for a code i don't have because you didn't send it to me.
Before you answer, 1 i am not using discord
2 i have no phone.
I already emailed about this as per the instructions on the wiki, which contains no information about what you think 2fa is . you have my email, pls either send me the code, or remove the 2fa stuff as it is clearly not working. if someone has logged in to my account i'll make a seperate request about what ever damage they have done.
