Per the title the launcher gets to 100% and immediately closes and throws back a "Runtime Error (at 62:328): This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

All the research I have done says Visual Studio/C++ redistribution...nope ive tried all available vc_redist packages to no fix. Nothing resolves this.

Any help is appreciated.
