Modifying Tanking abilities for DPS, Off-Tanks and Melee Healers

This doesn't remove the threat. It just sets the threat modifier to 1.0 and flat bonus to 0.
Allows for DPS builds to utilize abilities like Shield Slam, Thunderclap, Searing Pain and Maul.
Like "Ice Warden" and "Holy Guardian", I don't believe this should be an Epic RE.
Design Reasoning
The health cap of these abilities prevents them from being useful abilities. Redistributing damage is a cool mechanic for Healers and Off-Tanks.
Design Reasoning
There are so many abilities and talents that deal with these triggers I genuinely have no clue how this would play out. Through your tank you could trigger:- Abilities like Overpower, Counterattack and Water Shield
- Talents like Blessed Recovery, Reckoning and Backlash
- Even the new RE 'Light of the Guardian'

for me Kingsguard will be better Epic for you can make more posible builds and i know like 5 right now but for legendary -

These are just spitball ideas, but I can definitely see the 'Triggering' effect by itself being an Epic. -

Personally, I would like to see more real berserker builds (reduce HP at the cost of more attack on enemies and therefore harder heal for healers ). However, I think that it is not a popular idea among players.Kingsguard would be ideal as an RE epic
