Scarlet Enclave (Last location for exploring EPL)

Is there a way to get this location? I've tried Tyr's hand but you can't go in far enough to ding it. There is an invisible wall. I tried by the LH Chapel but a gate blocks it. Any know how to get it?

@JK4779 I'm not sure it's possible on Ascension. The game uses a Wrath client (3.3.5) but currently limits players to the BC version of Azeroth, so the map shows Scarlet Enclave should be there, but it isn't.
