Legendary enchant: Wizard

Don’t have a full idea for it yet, but I think it’s a start to one that would open a new play style.

Here’s the idea:

Auto shot now allows for the use of wands

Fireball is transformed into fire bolt, requires a wand, is instant cast, and scales off of ranged attack power and weapon damage.

Frost bolt is transformed into ice bolt, requires a wand, is instant cast, and scales off of ranged attack power and weapon damage.

Arcane barrage is transformed into arcane bolt, requires a wand, is instant cast, and scales off of ranged attack power and weapon damage.

Each bolt spell grants a stack of wizardry.

Multi shot is transformed to elemental blast. Elemental blast releases a trio of fire, ice, and arcane that blasts the target, dealing massive damage. This requires three stacks of wizardry to cast.

Perhaps these abilities could now have cooldowns to avoid spamming, and additional buffs can be given based on intellect for talents like arcane concentration. This could increase crit chance or ranged attack power by a percentage based on intellect for the next bolt cast. If anyone has any ideas to spice this up a bit that would be awesome. Just looking to spice up the ranged agi int classes to go beyond hunters and give wands some love in the game
