    Getting back into the PTR? Help!

      I bought something from the store. Switched from "PTR" server to "Live" server, redeemed my purchase and want to get back into the PTR. I switch back to "PTR" server and log in. When i switch tabs to the PTR servers the Select Realm is greyed out like I'm still in the Live server portion. I closed the launcher and tried again, but it's still greyed out.
