Launcher Not Downloading/Installing Game

Hi,

I've been playing the game for like a year now, and just today the launcher will not download or install. I press the button, the text changes to downloading and then it resets back to Install and continues like this.

I've tried reinstalling the launcher, deleting the cache, deleting the data. Nothing has helped.
