Anyone try out the White Walker legendary?

Seems like a cool RE, might mess around in the calculator if no one else has. Looks like you would go enh/frost mage

I tried it not long ago on Area 52, it's mediocre at this moment.
Many things doesn't work with Ice Lance Procs from White Walker, like for example Fel Armor healing part from warlock abilities, Elemental Devastation from Shaman Tree, Frostbite from frost mage tree, etc...
I reported it under bugtracker two times, it just get closed without explanation.
So I guess they don't give a fuck about that.
