Faced with a joke, in terms of when you roll abilities on Blood for the blood god, then you're not loot Hunger for blood, but Icy veins and other skills on caster and not on specialization with the main stat of Strength. I'm tired of pumping prestige after prestige and not getting Hunger for blood. In 11 prestige, I have never seen him in the abilities to choose from. I'm at 30 prestige's for an easy WRE working on getting the CDs for Arcane Thunder Seer. Prestiging is the only long-term thing on the server so as much as RNGesus hates me I will keep trying. It's one of the few things adding longevity to the server.

For random skills you need luck but when you no have luck
go in A52 and wait maybe we get WRE on A52 but when ? Who know ? -
I hate TBC content, and never will'nt play on that. If developers make high chance to proc talents from talent branch, which studied the most, than it will be cool. Or Reduce the proc chance of abilities binds to caster builds in strength builds.
