Can non-pvp characters get some love please???

I was told I would not have to PVP to do PVE content. That is most definitely not the case where all the high end crafting mats used for food, enchants, and crafting are locked in High Risk. I've tried doing dailies in T1 and after 3 days still don't have the mats needed to make a single item. I've been told by guildies and others that the drop rate for things is better in T2 and T3 the problem is I shake. Really badly. Like 6-8" when I get anxiety or stress due to PTSD. It will likely never go away but I can't even hold a mouse when it happens. I will never be able to do PVP to any meaningful degree and I can't afford the gold to buy the mats on the AH. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do here.

yes in this game you must play pvp (high risk) or you no have gold, mats. top enchants .... or no need play pvp but play 3x-4x more time for get more gold to buy in AH this pvp mats, top enchants .... or 3rd pay with your money
and more pvp is no balanced too good for me will be better when yny player use 2nd CC skilll all other CC skills get 40 sec CD with this will be more balanced for all (becose when you have luck you can get almost all CC and in pvp will be op)

@Obeliske I have neurological damage from a stroke so I understand. My hands dont always get the message my brain sends it right away. I cant pvp for that reason
