    me old suggestions(no know will be good ?)(1st upgrade skills and 2nd upgrade tabart)

      skill cart

      hi all i think skill card is good for all Seasonal servers but when this Seasonal server end you go on free pick server and then all your time for farm this skill cards is no good becose no1 need this any more
      That is why i suggest make skill cart upgrade slots (4 max ? )(somethink like glyph system) and with this when you have skill card can upgrade effects for your skills (slots unlocks in lvl 15,30,45,60 and can use skill card max 2x for same skill)(can be +1 slot in lvl 70 and next in lvl 80 ๐Ÿ˜„ )
      (for every Spec. you have = new uprade slots = need farm more skill cards ๐Ÿ˜„ )

      • for all boost skills (mark of the wild, arcane intellect, inner fire, .....) normal skill card upgrade give +50% effect (for aoe work too, like arcane intellect, ..)
        • with golden skill cart you get +3% for specific stat boost (like rank 1 innre fire 175 armor + 3% armor or blessing of kings 5% all stats +3% all stats or commanding shout 460 hp +3% hp)(max can have blessing of kings 5% all stats +6% all stats but need use 2x golden skill card blessing of kings in your upgrade slots)
          • your max effect can be - blessing of kings 2x normal + 2x golden skill card use = your blessing of kings now give 10% all stats + 6% all stats or same for arcane intellect(rank 1) give 4 int + 6% int

      • for +- passive damage skills (thorns, retribution aura, lightning shield) normal skill card upgrade give +25% damage (for lightning shield oly 5% becose can be too op)
        • with golden skill cart your +- passive damge skills now get your SP like damage boost 10% (for lightning shield oly 2% becose can be too op)
          • your max effect for thorns use 2x normal + 2x golden skill card = thorns(rank 1) 4-5 nature damage + 20% your nature SP

      • for all debuff skills (faerie fire, demoralizing roar, concussive shot, frost trap, ... (no make damage)) normal skill card upgrade give +50% time use
        • with golden skill cart your debuff skills give you 5% chance for Revitalize effect when you hit target who have your debuff (restore 8 energy,4 rage and 1% mana)
          • max effect for demoralizing roar(rank 1) = -31 attack power last 60 sec and 10% chance for Revitalize effect per hit (only for user ?)

      • for all CC skills (hibernate, cyclone, bash, polymorph, disarm, ...) normal skill card upgrade give -3% CD or -4% cast time
        • with golden skill cart your CC skills get +1 target use and when no have limit use 25% chance hit 2nd target in range(25% hit 3rd target)
          • max effect for hammer of justice = -6% CD and 25% chance stun 2 more targets in 10 yards or fear = -8% cast time and can fear 3 targets at a time or howl of terror = -8% cast time terror 5 targets + 25% chance terror 2 more targets in 10 yards range

      • for all interrupts skills (counterspell, kick, ...) normal skill card upgrade give 5% chance for insta CD when use to interrupt spell(in pvp 3% chance)
        • with golden skill cart your interrupts skills drain 15% max mana from target when you interrupt spell (range interrupt only drain 7% max mana)
          • max effect for kick = 10% chance for insta CD(6% in pvp) and drain 30% max mana from target when interrupt spell cast or counterspell = 10% chance for insta CD(6% in pvp) and drain 14% max mana from target when interrupt spell cast (this can help in BG/pvp vs healers builds)

      • for all cure skills (cure poison, abolish curse, clense, dispel curse, dispel magic, cleansing totem, ...) normal skill card upgrade give 25% chance when you cure any debuff next same debuff type can be resist for 10 sec(100% chance)
        • with golden skill cart your cure skills have chance(10%) heal 5% max hp
          • max effect for clense = when you cure fear you have 50% chance your target for 10 sec can not be feared again and 20% chance heal this target for 5% his max hp

      • for all DOT skills (poisons, corruption, entangling roots, moonfire, .....) normal skill card upgrade give 5% chance for spread in 6 yards range per damage(from this DOT)(entangling roots have 15% chance)
        • with golden skill cart your DOT skills slow all generate effect for 20% (-20% mana, rage, energy per time and per damage = combat potency talent -1 energy regen (-2 with 2x golden or -4 with 2x2 golden dots) or anger management -1,2 rage (with 2 golden -2,4 rage)
          • max effect for corruption with 2x normal + 2x golden = 10% chance for spread in 6 yards per damage and -40% generate effects or more sinister use can be use corruption with 2x golden + poisons with 2x golden = -80% all generate effects = anlost no rage, energy and mana generation for your enemy (anger management max now generate 1,2 (6 - 4,8) rage per 3 and melee damage generate only 20% rage)

      • for all HOT skills (rejuvenation, regrowth(only HOT effect), lifebloom, renew, healing stream totem, earthliving weapon,wild growth, .. ) normal skill card upgrade give 1% chance for spread in 20 yards range per heal effect (from this HOT)(lifebloom, healing stream totem get 5% chance for regen 1% max mana)
        • with golden skill cart your HOT skills now have 40% chance for when heal full hp target refresh his own time (healing stream totem chance 25% for 2nd same heal(heal 2x))
          • max effect for renew 2% chance spread in 20 yard range and 80% chance refresh his own time when heal full hp target or healing stream totem 10% chance for regen 2% max mana and 50% chance for 2nd same torem heal

      • for all holy heals (no hot) (flash heal, holy light, player of healing, ...) normal skill card upgrade give -0,2 sec cast time and -10% mana use
        • with golden skill cart your holy heals when crit have chance 50% for target sunshine effect (ancestral awakening (max) effect)
          • max effect for holy light = -0,4 sec cast time -20% mana use and when crit heal lowest % health party/raid target within 40 yards for 30% amount healed

      • for all nature heal (no hot) (healing touch, regrowth(no hot effect), chain heal, ...) normal skill card upgrade give -0,2 sec cast time and -5% mana use
        • with golden skill cart your nature heals have when crit chance 10% for bloom (wild growth heal effect but with new name bloom)
          • max effect for healing touch = -0,4 sec cast time and -10% mana use and when crit 20% chance for bloom effect (regrowth can be problem i no know hot or insta heal upgrade ?)

      • for all absorb effects skills (power word:shield, mana shield, wards, ....) normal skill card upgrade give +10 % absorb damage
        • with golden skill cart your absorbs now lose 25% CD (and power word:shield no lose CD but you have 25% chance for activate inner focus effect(no use CD for it and need know this skill) when you use power word:shield) and for mana shield +1 damage per mana absorb
          • max effect for power word:shield +20% absorb damage and 50% chance for activate inner focus effect of fire ward +20% damage absorb and -50% CD (15 sec CD ๐Ÿ˜„ ) mana shield +20% absorb damage and 3 damage per 1 mana(when before is 1 damage per 1 mana)

      • for all spell damage (fire ball, ... (1 target hit) ) normal skill card upgrade give -0,15 sec cast time +3% hit chance
        • with golden skill cart your spell damage now have chance(20%) hit 2nd target for 50% damage (random target in 15 yard range around target you hit(on boss can hit boss too)
          • max effect for fire ball = -0,3 cast time +6% hit chance and 40% chance hit 2 more targets with 50% damage

      • for all spell aoe damage (arcane explosion, holy nova, blizzard, ...(2 or more target hit) ) normal skill card upgrade give +3 yard range
        • with golden skill cart your spell aoe damage +10% critikal damage boost (before 2k crit with upgrade 2200 crit)
          • max effect for arcane explosion +6 yards range (16 yards range now) and +20% critikal boost (for holy nova this work only for damage effect)

      • for all area damage (flamestrike, consecration, ...) normal skill card upgrade give +4 yard range
        • with golden skill cart your area damage get 50% your critikal chance for chance to crit (when you have 50% fire critikal chance your flamestrike have 25% chance to crit)
          • max effect for consecration +8 yard range and can crit with your holy critical chance

      • for all melee damage (over power, devastate, crusader strike, .... (1 target hit) ) normal skill card upgrade give ignore 5% armor with skill
        • with golden skill cart your melee damage + 1 target hit but -15% damage with skill
          • max effect for devastate 10% armor ignore and hit 3 targets but -30% damage

      • for all aoe melee damage (divine storm, cleave, thunder clap, ... (2 or more target hit) ) normal skill card upgrade give 25% chance for slow (-30% movement speed can be use with other slow effects)
        • with golden skill cart your aoe melee damage -25% CD or -25% use rage, mana, energy
          • max effect for divine storm = 50% chance for slow damaged enemy and -50% CD, cleave 50% chance for slow damaged enemy and -50% rage use

      • for all range damage (steady shot, chimera shot, shattering trow, ...(1 target) ) normal skill card upgrade give -0,2 cast time or -1 sec CD
        • with golden skill cart your range damage have chance (10%) for shrapnel effect (damage all enemy in front of you in cone but this cone damage effect start from your target you hit (cone of cold effect but physical damage)
          • max effect for steady shot = -0,4 sec cast time and 20% chance for shtapnel effect or chimera shot = -2 sec CD and 20% chance for shtapnel effect

      • for all aoe range damage (explosive shot, shockwave, ... (2 or more target hit ) ) normal skill card upgrade give -10% CD
        • with golden skill cart your aoe range damage have chance(5%) for implosion effect pull all enemy in 20 yard range to your targeted enemy (no instand your enemy get debuf -pull- and 4 sec time when this time end all enemy around this target (20 yards) get pull onwards him)
          • max effect for explosive shot -20% CD and 10% chance for implosion effect

      • for all passive (titanยดs grip, single-minded fury, savage defense, pick lock, ...) normal skill card upgrade give +2% your main stat
        • with golden skill cart your passive skills +2% damage/heal/absorb
          • max effect for pick lock = +4% main stat and +4% damage/heal/absorb (becose no1 like have pick lock skill ๐Ÿ˜„ )

      • for all forms/ stances (bear form, defensive stance, ...) normal skill card upgrade give no use GCD but get 1 sec CD (good for change stances/forms)
        • with golden skill cart your forms/ stances get bonus effect from your main stat you use
        • when you use intellect -10% mana use / with righterous fury use +1% parry and dodge per 150 int (cast tanks get +6% parry and dodge +- = more survival chance)
        • when you use spirit -5% mana use / with righterous fury use your heals make threat (like holy damage -50%) (new healer tank ? bosible ? more heal = more threat )
        • when you use agility - 5% mana, rage, energy use / with righterous fury use +2% armor per 200 agility (+20%+- more armor for bear)
        • when you use strenght - 10% rage and energy use / with righterous fury use +2% max hp per 200 strenght (+-20% more hp for warrior tanks (shield/ parry tanks))
          • max effect for defensive stance = no use GCD + main stat bonus effect (spell tank with int main stat (+-500 int) = +2% parry and dodge per 150 int = with 500 int +6% parry and dodge and -20% mana use) or same stance but STR (STR tank(parry 2 hand weapon) can have +-1k str with this upgrade -20% rage and energy use and +4% max hp per 200 str = +20% hp)
            • with this golden card upgrade can be posible make more tank builds (or more effective tanks)
              (need change mabie ๐Ÿ˜ž )

      • for all defensive skills (shield wall, shield block, holy shield, pain suppression, ...) normal skill card upgrade give +1 sec for use time
        • with golden skill cart your + 1 more use (can stack) (your shield block now can use 2x but need wait 2 mins for CD)
          • max effect for shield block +2 sec for use and can use 3x (for all 3x use need wait 3 min)(like in fight you can now with this upgrades shield block for 12 sec then use again for 12 sec and then again for 12 sec and now wait only 24 sec for next 4th use shield block)

      • for all damage blocks (hand of protection, ice block, ...) normal skill card upgrade give regen 1% max hp,1% mana,5 energy,5 rage for 4 sec when skill effect ends
        • with golden skill cart your damage blocks skills regen effect from normal upgrade get your party members when your skill effect ends
          • max effect for hand of protection = regen 1% max hp,1% mana,5 energy,5 rage for 8 sec when skill effect ends and all your party members get regen 1% max hp,1% mana,5 energy,5 rage for 8sec when your skill effect ends(hand of protection)

      • for all sacrifice skills (hand of sacrifice, divine sacrifice, guardian spirit, ...) normal skill card upgrade give +10 sec time use
        • with golden skill cart your sacrifice skills get -20% CD but when you use spirit like main stat you get -10% more for CD
          • max effect for hand of sacrifice +20 sec use time and -40% CD (with spirit main stat -60% CD)

      • for all help skills (beacon of light, create soulstone, ritual of summoning, ritual of souls, conjures, healthstone, ...) normal skill card upgrade give -1 additional party member or +50% time use
        • with golden skill cart your help skills lose -50% CD or can be use on 1 more targets (+1 use)
          • max effect for beacon of light = can use on 3 targets max and +100% time (2 min use)(you get new skills beacon of light 2nd and beacon of light 3rd) or ritual of souls = can use solo and all who pick this healthstone can use this healthstone 3x (healthstone, good healthstone(2x use) and mega healthstone(3x use) name change) or create soulstone = +100% time (30 min use time)and no CD (can use on all in your raid)

      • for all boost aura and skills (rampage, deat wish, sweeping strikes, slice and dice, arcane power, leader of the pack, ....) normal skill card upgrade give (passive) +20 rage and energy for you
        • with golden skill cart your boost aura and skills + 3% damage for all target affected with this skill but 2% more damage taken (only work max for party members)
          • max effect for leader of the pack = +40 max rage and energy. And +6% damge and +4% damage taken for you and your party members or deat wish = +40 max rage and energy + +6% damage and +4% damage taken when deat wish is active for you (when some1 use rampage and other in same party use leader of the pack with golden upgrades = +12% damage and +8% damage taken)

      • for all taunt skills (hand of reckoning, distracting shot, taunt, challenging roar, ...) normal skill card upgrade give +2 sec for debuff on mob and in pvp 2 sec target lock on user + target can not use any heal skills for 1,5 sec
        • with golden skill cart your taunt skills now get +3% all damage taken for taunt duration (debuf)
          • max effect for distracting shot = +4 sec for debuff( now last for 10 sec) and for 10 sec +6% all damage taken (in pvp 4 sec target lock on user and enemy can not cast any heals for 3 sec + get 6% more damage taken)
            - with this upgrade can be like tank class in pvp more usefull (bear tank in pvp with challenging roar ๐Ÿ˜„ nice all enemy players in 10 yards range can target only bear and can not use heals ๐Ÿ˜„ )

      • for all move skills (blink, charge, rush, disengage, ....) normal skill card upgrade give you +5 yards range
        • with golden skill cart your move skills now use only 50% GCD time and generate +5 energy, +5 rage and 1% max mana
          • max effect for blink = now teleports you 30 yards foward and generate 10 energy, 10 rage, 2% max mana and no use GCD

      • for all move speed skills (sprint, dash, ...) normal skill card upgrade give you -20% CD
        • with golden skill cart your move speed skills get -time to run- buff for sprint duration (+3% dodge)
          • max effect for sprint -40% CD and +6% dodge for sprint duration

      Big Hunt

      in this new system every 1 hour will be posible for any1 who will farm in world he drop item with -old god reverse curse- and when this player pick this item he get -curse of stone titan- and this curse make him for 1 hour or until some1 kill him all his stats get 5x boost 3x more drop and 2x more xp from mobs/player kill but all players can see him on map(or see zone where is this curse active) and this player now can not use portal or heartstone and will be like feltouched hero (enemy for all) put in pvp max 1 vs 1 or 1 vs 1 party can be posible (honorable combat)(when pvp ends cursed player get full hp and mp like mobs vhen you can not kill him for next player chalenge)

      • and what you get ?
        • when you ar player with curse and you survive 1 hour you get 2x upgrade stone for tabart (when it is in high risk 2x more reward)
        • when you are player who kill this cursed monster in 1 vs 1 you get 3x upgrade stone for tabart (when it is in high risk 2x more reward)
        • when you are players in party who kill this cursed monster you all get 1x upgrade stone for tabart (when it is in high risk 2x more reward)
      • and what you get from upgrade your tabart (no know this can be posible but i like this)
        • tabart can be upgrade max 4x and every upgrade unlock new slot for RE
          • but when you have 3x upgrades it will be epic slot = can use now 4x epic RE but when you use 4th epic RE you need use +10% more mana, energy, rage, ...
          • but when you have all 4 upgrades this 4th slot is legendary slot = can use 2nd legendary RE but this have price this 2nd legendary RE have only 50% effect
            • for legendary RE some examples (you can not use 2 same legendary RE)
              - By fire be purged ( fire nova purge every 20 sec = 30 sec now(same damage))
              - Overheating -50% damage from this effect
              - Battlemage -50% damage from skill you use from this RE
              - Holy supernova (cleanse 45 sec CD = 67 sec CD(same damage))
              - Unbounded mind flay -50% damage
              - Low tide (nature heal critical on riptide +20% (now only 10%) and critican with healing wave 60% cance spread riptide (now only 30% chance)
              - Astral storm reduce damage and healing 20% (now 10%) and now no knock back
              - Evoker all his % / 2
              - Martial crescendo now only 3% (max 30%)
              - Corrupted bear form -30% physical damage (now -45%)
              - Crazy cultist, Deranged druid, Eccentric elementalist, Zany zealot = no change becose too random (or -25% all heal or damage skills from this RE)
              - Dominant word: shield now 125% absorb (250% before)
              - Dragon warrior, dragon roar +15% damage (now +7% damage) and stacks for dragon roar +25% (now +12%) 3x stacks
              - Dooming thunder stacking 20x (now only 10x) and damage increase +15% per stack(6% to player) (now +10% per stack (5% to player))
              - Time warp = no change
              - Tide caller healing wave heal for +12% more and aply 2 stacks, +10% nature HOT per stack but -3% heal for healing wave per stack max 10 stacks
              - Flame on +15% damage/5% to players (now +7% damage/2% to players) 3x stacks
              - Molten earth +10% bonus damage from AP (now +5% and ground fire damage -30% damage)
              - Blooming growth critical = aoe Hot (now every 2nd critical = aoe hot)
              - Forbidden technique now shadow dagger -50% damage and ambush costs -15 energy
              - Holy radiance (now heal 20% of amount and -10% cost renew)
              - Divine purpose (now damage next +25% and heal next +35%)
              - Demonic influence now no get any +% damage and demons make +25% damage only
              - Heavyweight -50% damage for effect
              - Endless agony 25 stacks max
              - Crimson champion now +5% block can use holy shield (normal) but like empovered skill can use only avengerยดs shield
              - Blood and guts can use eviserate(normal) but your eviserate (disembowel) -35% damage
              - Bulwark now can use shield block bur your bulwark now -75% movement speed and drain faster energy
              - Stormborn all % for damage in RE /2 and get only 10% haste
              - Stormhammer all % for damage and reduction /2 and lightning bolt and chain lightning 12sec increasing threat
              - Razor claws all % for damage /2
              - Player of preservation -25% heal for explosion heal
              - One with the light -75% physical damage
              - Champion of justice (now only 5% of your strenght)
              - Mana fiend - can not be use like 2nd legendary RE -
              - Blessing of the divines - no change and only legendary RE that can be use 2x for get 2x more chance for random effects - ( +- 5% chance for random effect with 2nd RE will be 10% chance for random effect)
