Forum Ban Appeal?

I'm a bit confused on where to find the ban appeal on this forum. I do not have a phone number, so I am unable to use discord. I noticed my account was "closed" and that I had to join a link they sent me.. which redirected me to this post.

I think I may have been banned for a discrepancy or glitch from your game that caused my level 3 undead to have around 13k gold, which was shared in world chat. I also had another person with me attempt to replicate this error, but came to no luck.

As a broke man with no ability to pay for a sub, and someone who enjoys the vanilla experience, I'm happy to have my account and items reverted before any purchases I made. I have no plans to join other private servers.
