Confused about builds in the featured builds

So I've been looking at some of the builds that are featured on the builder section/on google that are confusing, they seem imcomplete and/or picking abilties or talents that just wouldn't work for the build, like choosing Feral Charge but not picking Bear Form or Cat Form or picking Survival of the Fittest, I tested the Feral Charge and it obviously doesn't work without a form but for the talent points does it still work even if it says requires Bear Form?

I have seen it too, generated links for a52 builds default to malganis on the builder no idea why
