Hearth Anywhere/Portable Inn Keeper

Set your hearth to any coordinates with a purchasable vanity item! I noticed that when I set my hearthstone, the game remembers where I was standing when the HS was set, and using hearth teleports me back to that exact location, not just to a preset location within that inn. This means the game code already stores your coordinates when you choose to make an inn your home. I theorize that it would be relatively simple to implement a portable innkeeper who lets you set your hearth to any location. Nice vanity, make some cash, make the people happy.
