Nerfs for PvP
The amount of CC is unquestionable. There are a plethora of balancing changes that need to be made, but CC's, Healing and Full Health/Mana Recovery Upon Level Up I feel are the top 3 that need to be addressed. Again, only for the PvP aspect of the game.
CC's, more specifically slows. The reason why I don't mention Stuns and Fears is because they have diminishing returns. The more you get Stunned and Feared, the more resistance you develop towards them, eventually becoming immune to them for a short period of time. Whereas Slows, you can literally kite someone until the end of time. Perhaps make it so for each consecutive slow placed upon someone, they reduce the slow by 10% each time until eventually they develop an immunity just like with Stuns and Fears.
Healing is extremely overtuned in PvP. Our damage gets nerfed in PvP, so why doesn't Healing? A single healer can tank multiple players at once without breaking a sweat. This is especially prominent in Draft Mode where you are not guaranteed abilities that can reduce healing done, even so, I believe even with Mortal Strike or Wounding Poison, it will still be a difficult task to take down a healer.
Full Health/Mana Recovery Upon Leveling Up, this is just the most absurd thing I've seen in PvP. How is it fair that the entire fate of a brawl at lets say The Blacksmith in Arathi Basin for example depends on whether or not you Level Up? For a brief moment let's take this back to what I had mentioned about Healers. Let's say you FINALLY manage to make the healer scared, you bring them down to 20%, 10%, 8%, 5% ...... DING!!!!! Now they have full everything INSTANTLY. Or perhaps the Flag carrier is what you're concerned about, DING!!! oh sorry, you almost killed him but unfortunately they just leveled up and are back to full strength!

I agree with everything here except the leveling part in BGs.
It's not a big deal and is not something that is worthy of wasting time fixing/repairing it.
It's not game breaking, but constant ccs and stuns are.
Melee can't do shit against pillar huggers and runners that are constantly ccing and kitting you.
Devs keep nerfing melees and ruining melee builds everyday.
In 1s arena in top 30 I think that like 95% are kitters/ccers. That says a lot doesn't it?
Anytime I was able to get into top 10 as a melee the abilities that I was using were getting nerfed every time until my build became useless in 1s against kitters and ccers, coincidence? I don't think so.
Maybe it's just because admins and devs are ccers and kitters so they fit the game to themselves. Possible? Yes.
