Frog mount in Zangramarsh

So i was walking by my business and i found enemy named arboreal gulper and he had a buff that doesn t allow anyone attack him . He was walking in lagoona around the lake . I decided to ask someone about him , so some player answered me saying, that i need 10 ancient toad ( or frog) and that drop chance for that is 0,1 after that it s gonna become vulnerable and it drops new mount .So i wanted to ask does anybody else met that frog or even has mount from beating it?
