Just wanted to dump some ideas:
[EPIC]: Whip Specialist(need Indiana Jones meme name)
Transforms your Sinister Strike into Flick, a whip-based ranged attack that scales
with modifiers to Sinister Strike and requires one-handed maces, daggers, or fist weapons.
(50 Energy) (5 - 15 yd range) (School: Physical melee) (same dmg% as SS)
This attack always results in a critical hit when used between [13 to (max range)] yards away
from the target. Generates one combo point. Deals 30% increased damage against
absorbs and has an additional 10% armor penetration.
Start of some energy-based caster series.
Transforms hemorrhage into Blood Burst.
(60? energy) (2.0? sec cast) (30 yd range) (School: Physical, with spell modifier) (Bleed)
Deal x-y damage(scorch ballpark?), ignores armor since bleed. Scales with bleed
damage. Modified by spell power.
Target takes 10% increased Blood Burst damage for 6 seconds, stacking up
to 5 times. At 5 stacks, Blood Burst causes target to take (~max rank rupture?) damage
over 30 seconds, stacking up to three times. Consumes Blood Burst stacks.
Critical strikes can trigger Trauma if learned and max rank. Generates one combo point.
Transforms Rupture into Exsanguinate ( I know there's another RE with this name)
(35 energy)(1.5 sec cast)(30 yd range) (School: Physical, with spell modifier) (bleed)
Causes x bleed damage over (6,9,12,15,18)seconds. Stacks up to 3 times. Modified by
spell power and talents that Modify Rupture. This ability heals you for 1% of damage caused.
Transforms Eviscerate into Suture.
(35 energy) (1.5 sec cast) (30 yd range) (School: Physical, with spell modifier) (not a bleed)
Suture deals damage equal to (20,40,60,80,100%) of your total remaining Rogue bleed damage over time
effects on the target and consumes all of your bleeds on the target. Modified by
You are healed for 1% of your bleed damage caused.
Your energy regenerates 33% slower, but your max energy is now 120.
[EPIC]: Kurenai (might need a better name)
Deadly throw now launches five projectiles, but deals 30% less damage per hit.
(3 hit main target only, two others AOE) but no longer slows movement speed.
Deadly throw can trigger any seals, poisons, etc, on mainhand weapon if learned.
[LEGENDARY]: Ice Form(does Frost Form sound better?) (18% base mana)
Transforms your Ice Barrier into Ice Form. In this form, your Frost Damage is increased by 10%,
your armor contribution from items is increased by 130%, the duration of Silence, Stuns and Interrupts are reduced by 25(15% against players) %, and your movement speed is reduced by 15%.
All damage taken is reduced by 15%(10% against players). Not affected by knockback abilities cast by Players.
You may only cast offensive spells if they deal Frost damage, and cannot cast any direct healing spells.
If learned, Mortal Strike, Blood Thirst, Shield Slam, Sinister Strike, Stormstrike, Aimed Shot, Crusader Strike, Steady Shot,
Scatter shot, Whirlwind, Cleave, Multi-Shot, Divine Storm, Eviscerate, Ambush, Deadly Throw, Overpower, Revenge, Slam,
Execute, Silencing Shot, Raptor Strike, Mongoose Bite, and Heroic Strike deal Frost damage. (TLDR -ALL- Physical damage ONLY abilties)
(Needs rework of Mage/Shaman talent trees)
Cold as Ice Talent reduces the mana cost of Ice Form by 18/35%.
Dropping below 50% health while in Ice Form can trigger Shattered Barrier if learned and max rank. Cannot
occur more than once every 45 seconds.
Incanter's Absorption reduces magic damage taken by an additional 3/6/9% if learned while in Ice Form.
Cannot be used with other bar-changing abilities or stances.
What do you guys think? Probably a bit wild.
