Different Mystics for Servers?

I play on Area 52 and when looking for mystics on the builder, I came across Swift Avenger, and for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere. Then I realized I was set on Alar. Didn't think it made a difference, but apparently, it does. Are there mystics available only on one server and not the other? Why?

@KaptainKarmac They test things on the seasonal servers and if they work the way the devs want then they go to A52. You will see lots of things like Mana Forged Barrier on the seasonal but not in A52 yet.
