Legendary RE: Shirvallahs chosen (Cat)

The idea is a improved Cat form
A burst based one transforming you while it lasts into a improved form for 20 seconds

The more important part, the [ Model ]:

Highpriest Thekal empowered Loa-Form ( Zul Gurub )
=> You can already become this form yourself with the 2x Set Weapon proq [ Primal Blessing ] from "Arlokk's Grasp" and "Thekal's Grasp", many people were visually stunned, when they saw a hunter (or tryhards) in classic using those and transforming

-Advantages:

Visually unique Model, massiv/epic, tigergod
Fits perfectly to feral druids class fantasy
Cat players wet dream lol

-Disadvantages

This Model almost only has auto attack animations, but only almost
Older Model (yes I am aware of WoD 'Claws of Shirvallah' Saberon form, but I dont think they were something that special, people also dont really remember it much)

My Intent for the abilities is, to give to a bit more co-relation with the real NPC's. To give it a bit more juice of life
-Thekal is kinda special because he leans towards Paladin in Hearthstone + he summons Tiger's to his side
So my Idea of the abilities will be closer to this

-What I heard was that cats already kinda like "Seal of Vengeance", so we use the opportunity to rename it to "Claws of Vengeance", same effect but with +5 energy whenever it deals damage (2 seconds internal cooldown), + same extra proqs at 5 stacks for "feral" abilities

-If your target is afflicted by 5 stacks of 'Claws of Vengeance' you're 'Ferocious Bite' and 'Rip' critical will benefit from "Righteous Vengeance" but deal 15% less damage /apply at 66% effectiveness = only 30- instead of 45% bonus dmg

And now to the fun part
-You're "Tiger's Fury" (hehe name ) blesses you by the Tiger God himself, transforming you into an Image of him, this increases the cooldown of 'Tigers fury' by 100% (30 => 60 seconds) aswell as its Duration (6 => 12 seconds), also while active you're cat form abilities benefit from Paladin's "Vengeance", dealing up to 15% bonus damage and 'Ferocious Bite' and 'Rip' have a 20% Chance per Combo point to summon an 'Zulian Tiger' Guardian to your aid for 8 seconds.

(I really wanted to fit an Zulian Tiger epic RE in for the 'Feral Spirits', since we need a bit of utility or its boring, but the epic RE 'Pack Alpha' exists (20% haste rating+ reducing its cooldown to ~ 2 min) and the talent 'Improved Feral Spirit' which lets them deal a lot of extra nature dmg, but both need stormstrike (I cant) so we need to change it to something its own. Also Arena Cat prefers hunter Pets, especially Kimbul ... , so that wouldnt be fair or fitting)

-Yes I took the talent 'Improved Mangle' (Using mangle -3 sec cd every 3 seconds on Tigers fury) into consideration
-We could interchange Tigers Fury with Berserk, but Tiger's Fury's name is just fitting 10/10
-Yes the base ability damage is almost 100% physical to enable more effects reliant on physical dmg like 'Death Wish' to be worth, and one time no 'Mental Quickness' hybrid

Anyways, Im actually happy if there would be just an enchant which transforms you into Thekal's Tigerform, if its partially with paladin is not that important
