Level 60 pvp gear

I was wondering if it was possible to purchase level 60 pvp gear with honor? I checked the hall of legends in org and none of the vendors there sell it.

On Area 52 i can only find them selling full sets of lvl 70 gear in Shattrath? think that is spelled right. Not sure about Alar since i dont play that server.

On Alar they have it but not on area 52. Not sure why but it would be nice to have it on area 52 as well.
