RE revamp

First of all thanks for making RE colection account wide, but .....
You combined also altar lvls from all chars and wiped mystic extracts on them and that is IMO overkill.
I understand that u don't want to make it easier to us but u should do one or another not both. Now i must use over 1,5 k of MR to extract anything to colection so no new builds with RE that i don't have.
Please reconsider fixing that either revert ME we had on each char or at least lower altar level to half.

I had wondered why it was taking ages to get extracts on a new character. Yes please change the system back in that regard or make the number of re-rolls to get an extract significantly lower.
The merged "learned" list of RE's is handy to an extent, but finding an RE in your learned ones when you don't know the name is a pain, yes I can search, but need to know the name or part of it.
A way to sort the list would be a help.
Incidentally the Epic and Legendary scrolls have given me multiple already "known" RE's that were in my library already, surely a scroll should always give a new one. -
mabie can make new item in shop for new lvl 1 RE colection (like when you get lvl 1k colection you can buy scroll for +-500 gold and you get again lvl 1 colection)
and can get mabie new RE like colector (epic or rare RE)(i prefer rare RE) that make you now can use 2 same items (unique) (or can have both epic for first 1k and rare for 2nd 1k and this RE can not trade)
