I'm disappointed in the recent change to tranquility.
5 REs, 2 abilities, several talents to make tranquility a cornerstone to the build I crafted.
The developers allow sickening damage numbers to DPS builds, sickening health and armor to tanks, but when healers craft a build that is a significantly better build than the mediocrity available, we're nerfed.
It's not just Ascension that does this, but many other games as well.
This change was disappointing and has taken the fun out of playing my healer. ::
I know nobody else cares, but it was depressing to come home on a Friday and discover that my cornerstone ability had more than doubled in cooldown time.

On area52, with just a few enchants, I got it down to a 40 second cooldown. 48 without the green enchants. It's probably possible to get it below a 30 second cooldown. How is that not enough?
Personally, I'd like to see a legendary that makes Tranquility hit the whole raid, instead of just the group.
The minimum cooldown is now well over a minute.
That's the change I was talking about.
@imchillyb I just checked on my alt, and indeed the cooldown on tranquility I had went from 40sec to 1.2 minutes.
Builds around Tranq are/were bad, period. There's a number of strong healing builds. I can think of 7 off the top of my head. 7 that I've personally seen perform excellent in Heroic raids.
Just move on from tranquility.
There are many different healer builds that are OP right now.
