Ice block now permanently reduces damage taken by 10% and damage done by 15% (30% against players).
Frost nova will shatter when destroyed, freezing all enemies within 10 yards.
Stormstrike attacks with your right hand weapon and deals frost damage based on spellpower.

A frost mage build tank based on protection paladin gear with magic resistance scaling with intellect.
