Random PvP flagging

Lately it seems everything you do - walking around, exiting a dungeon, logging in... just randomly you get flagged for PvP.
This for me is 100% unacceptable, but I am very glad I noticed it before spending - the x3 DP was tempting and I was ready to drop cash. Nope, not going to happen. Being ganked by some 12 year old idiot while fishing, because PvP decided to randomly turn itself on is just unacceptable. Not going to spend anything on this server until this is 100% fixed.
I don't give a fuck about what all the pvp wannabes want in this regard either - forced pvp is just a no go.
So, until you fix that.. goodbye.
