Proffessions - Herbalism, Mining, Skinning exclusive skills

Does anyone of you have these skills?

Lifeblood - herbalism exlusive healing and spellhaste active skill
-
Toughness - mining exlusive stamina passive skill

Master of Anatomy - skinning exclusive crit chance passive skill
I know they have all been introduced to WoW in patch 3.0.2 but as we are running on server with patch 3.3.5 then I would like to know, how am I supposed to get these skills.
Proffession leveling does not unlock them, sadly!
Even though they should be available from leveling a desired proffession to 75+! -

@Thopsonek sorry for now it is like 2.?.? patch(2.5.4 mabie) but only skills/talents are from 3.3.5(+-)
