Power Infusion replacement
PI replacement from LRE can only be used on yourself
PI replacement now grants 1% melee haste and 1% spell haste to allies (excluding yourself) per stack instead of 20% spell haste to allow support for melee (and maybe 1% ranged haste?)
PI replacement CD/Duration have effect similar to Prophet of Wrath LRE to allow higher uptime
Upon cast PI replacement has X amount of stacks (50 maybe 100 idk)
Healing allies will grant them a stacking permanent buff with stack of PI replacement
Once you got no stacks all the PI replacement stacks will fade from your party and raid (to prevent the buff from going to insane amounts)
